Exchange and Cancellation Policy

📦 Exchange Policy

⏳ Timeframe:
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

✅ Conditions for Exchange:
To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure:

  • The item is in original condition, unworn, and unwashed

  • Tags and packaging are intact and included

  • The item is free of any stains, perfume, makeup marks, or damage

Note: Certain limited-edition or personalized items may not be eligible for exchange (this will be mentioned on the product page).


🔁 How Exchange Works:

  • A Rs. 100 exchange fee applies to help cover reverse shipping costs

  • We’ll arrange a reverse pickup via our courier partners 

  • The pickup usually takes 7–8 working days, followed by a quality check of the item


💳 Store Credit Issuance:

  • Once the item passes inspection, you’ll receive Store Credit within 2 working days

  • You can use this credit to order the right size or try something else

  • COD charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Store Credits are one-time use and cannot be split across multiple purchases


💰 Price Differences:
If the exchanged product costs more than the original, you’ll be asked to pay the difference via a prepaid method.


📬 Self-Shipping Option:
If your area is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you can ship the item to us. Address will be shared once exchange request is initiated.


🔄 Exchange Limits:

  • Each order can be exchanged only once

  • A second exchange (if allowed) will incur an additional ₹100 processing fee


🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Items bought during sales, flash deals, or clearance events

  • Products that are worn, washed, or damaged

  • Requests received after 7 days of delivery


🚫 Exchange Rejection Conditions

We may not be able to process your exchange if:

  • The item has signs of wear, damage, or stains

  • Incorrect items are handed over during pickup

  • Communication contains abusive language or emojis (we believe in mutual respect)

  • Items returned are not what was originally ordered

A deduction of ₹100–₹200 may apply in such cases to cover shipping and handling.


❌ Cancellation Policy

Prepaid Orders:

  • Can be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–8 working days

COD Orders:

  • Can only be canceled if the shipment has not yet been dispatched
